"Nvidia Abstracted and Projected" 2008, 4 ft. x 14 ft. acrylic mirror, epoxy resins, inks, pigments, gel mediums This lobby commission was made for Nvidia Corporation, a computer graphics company in Santa Clara CA. The composition is based on the company logo. The piece creates complex lighting and textural effects which attain the same goals as the company’ s products.

"Seven Windows" 2002, window sizes ranging from 5 x 5 in. to 9 x 9 in. wide, and approx. 5 in. deep. epoxy resin, ink, glass mirror, varnish, gold leaf This project at the Dirt Palace in Providence consisted of seven translucent interior windows. The pieces were made for Robin Nanney, an artist whose private studio space was adjacent to a busy artist's cooperative space. She wanted to allow light into the studio without compromising her privacy. She also wanted the wall to appear both fortress-like and appealing to visitors. The wall was positioned with morning light striking one side and afternoon light striking the other so that a wide range of light conditions affected the pieces. The windows’ compositions related to the surrounding architecture and to the interface between public space and private space.


"DaiFuKu" 2002, 15 ft. x 3 ft. acrylic mirror, resins, pigments A couple in Los Angeles wanted more color and reflectivity in their living space. The piece’ s tropical colors suit the luminous light and color in Southern California. The title is based on a type of rich, translucent Japanese confection that comes in similar pinks and greens.


Patriarca Project 2006, 46 in. x 32 in. two layers: acrylic mirror, layered resins on plexi-glass This Rhode Island family had a small bathroom that needed a feeling of light and spaciousness. The textures in the resin evoke water and steam; the mirror behind it reflects light from the bathroom’ s interior lights and another mirror opposite the piece.
